Steady As You Go (SAYGO) via ZOOM

SAYGO is an exercise program designed to help seniors maintain and build strength and flexibility. Classes are held weekly online on ZOOM for those who cannot get to the various venues in the region. And despite being online the programme provides a social connection as well as the exercise.

A SAYGO participant recently told us how much she enjoys the online Steady As You Go class, particularly the part where everyone unmutes their computer and says goodbye to each other. She feels this is a nice moment of social connection in her week.

Then another participant commented by email after a Zoomie session. “A happy bunch of people eager to greet me. I enjoyed the session. I noticed tonight when out for a walk, I felt loose and relaxed.”

The online class starts at 9.30am every Wednesday on ZOOM. It lasts 45 minutes and everyone welcome!
